CHRISTOPHER EASTHAM BPhEd MAAESS AEP

Chris is a results driven & self motivated individual with a passion for helping people achieve healthy fulfilling lifestyles. Chris possesses an in-depth understanding of all aspects of human movement and motivation has a strong track record of using innovative ideas to achieve lifestyle change, cultural change and injury rehabilitation goals.

Chris believes that if he helps people to open up to the posibilities and opportunities for change, their natural resourcesfulness and abiliy to learn wiht help them succeed in what they want.

Over the last 12 years chris has been involved in the health and fitness industries of New Zealand, England, and now Australia. He has experience designing and implementing wellness programs for a wide range of situations.

Accruing over 10’000 hrs of appointment based personal training and exercise physiology Chris's client list has included celebrities, professional athletes and high flying executives. Chris has also worked as an independent consultant for a number of organisations in the UK and Australia including Marylebone Cricket Club, The London Clinic, Hospital of St John & Elizabeth, Knightsbridge Petroleum, The Circle Health Club, Amida Wellness and The Bridge school for Autism.

KATHY MCKENZIE


Managing Director of Fire Up Coaching, Kathy brings a diverse background in health, human resources, sales and management. Her varied career has given her a depth of understanding of how to develop human potential. Her training and coaching inspires you to think about your potential and how to continually develop personally and professionally.

Coaching has played a significant part in her diverse roles in management, strategy development, business development and training. She has over 750 hours of coaching experience gained by working the private clients and organisations such as Australia Post, ANZ, Department of Primary Industries, Holden, Shell Company of Australia, Queensland Health, Optus and Mount Hotham Ski Company. Kathy has a skill set rare in the Australian market and has been hugely influential in the development of The Open Doors Spark program.

DIANNE TAYLOR


With over 25 years as the co-owner of a successful engineering business employing 30 staff, combined with a background in leadership development and education, Dianne has a wealth of experience to draw upon. Dianne's practical experience is supported by qualifications in coaching, training, business and human resource management.

As a business and leadership coach, consultant, speaker and trainer, Dianne is passionate about helping people and organisations discover and realise their potential. She believes that life is too short not to enjoy what you do and she helps her clients to discover their unique purpose, strengths and passion and build a successful and satisfying life around them.

SIUSAN MCKENZIE


Siusan MacKenzie is the Principal of Equilibrium Worklife Solutions, a Melbourne based consultancy. She specialises in working with organisations to help them find new ways to work that better harmonize the needs of the business and an increasingly diverse workforce. Most recently the focus of her consulting work has been with the construction industry and her clients have been recognised at both the State and National levels for their innovative and successful approach to managing work/life balance issues.

Siusan is also the Honorary Vice President of the Work/life Association in Victoria, the premier not for profit organisation in Australia dedicated to assisting the business community address work/life issues. In that capacity she organises regular professional development events for local HR practitioners and is frequently called upon to speak publicly on the issue of work/life. Siusan regularly delivers classes to postgraduate management students at Monash University on the subject Work, Family and Life – the first course of this type in Australia.

Siusan’s passion for achieving a workplace culture that supports the wellbeing of employees and enhances business performance, is founded on her personal experience of once having had the balance very much out of kilter. Her reputation for achieving profound culture change is unquestioned.
