These are individually tailored health and fitness programs for people who need to improve their health and fitness and just want to enjoy healthy exercise. These are intelligent people who understand he benefits but just don't seem to be able to find the time which is where Energised comes in. The number of one to one sessions will vary depending on goals and budget. We encourage our clients to become self motivated in pursuit of their goals. All programs are personalized to each individual's level of fitness. Programs can include fun fitness circuits, boxing, aerobic training, games, functional strength training, Pilates, assisted stretching.

Sport Specific

If you are an amateur athlete and your performance has plateaued this program is for you. We provide specially targeted, hard core strength and conditioning program to assist preparation for an upcoming season or event. Individually tailored Sport Specific strength and conditioning programs for athletes incorporating functional strength, Olympic lifting, sport specific circuits. Chris has experience training professional athletes for Golf, Basketball, Rugby
